It was determined that the point should be replayed.

“The Chair Umpire followed the established process.

“We have apologised to the players involved.

“We continue to have full confidence in the accuracy of the ball tracking technology.

“The live ELC system relies on the Hawk-Eye operators, the Review Official and the technology to work in harmony. This did not happen.

“In this instance there was a human error and as a consequence we have fully reviewed our processes and made the appropriate changes.”

Wimbledon address Hawk-Eye failure Following the controversy of the Hawk-Eye live electronic line call system failing at a…

[4105
4721,6359,6740,1070,23810,5005,4718,1921,4295,64982,1922,79,31643,1068,16,15,5068
0":"post-245647","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-tennis","8":"tag-alexander-zverev","9":"tag-carlos-alcaraz","10":"tag-coco-gauff","11":"tag-emma-raducanu","12":"tag-iga-swiatek","13":"tag-jack-draper","14":"tag-jannik-sinner","15":"tag-live-blogs","16":"tag-novak-djokovic","17":"tag-section-sporttennis","18":"tag-sport-live-blogs","19":"tag-sports","20":"tag-taylor-fritz","21":"tag-tennis","22":"tag-uk","23":"tag-united-kingdom","24":"tag-wimbledon
["GET
