Precipitation is likely to be below average, especially in parts of the southwest and west of Ireland.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead to Tuesday, the outlook is: \u201cLargely cloudy with scattered patches of light rain and drizzle spreading over the western half of the country.<\/p>\n<p>Remaining dry further east. Highest temperatures of 17\u00b0C to 22\u00b0C in light to moderate west to northwest winds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>By Thursday, conditions will feel distinctly more summer-like: \u201cA dry day for most with sunny spells, though well-scattered showers will develop through the day. Very warm with highest temperatures of 20\u00b0C to 25\u00b0C in a light southwest or variable breeze.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday is expected to be particularly warm<\/strong>: \u201cA very warm or hot continental airmass looks likely to feed up across Ireland with sunny conditions occurring widely.
