{"id":247813,"date":"2025-07-08T11:01:10","date_gmt":"2025-07-08T11:01:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/247813\/"},"modified":"2025-07-08T11:01:10","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T11:01:10","slug":"bcb-london-confirms-2026-return-and-dates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/247813\/","title":{"rendered":"BCB London confirms 2026 return and dates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"standfirst u-standfirst\">After welcoming more than 3,650 visitors to Tobacco Dock last week, BCB London is already gearing up for round two.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"BCB London\" width=\"650\" height=\"410\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/BCB-London.png\" data- class=\"wp-image-885287 size-full lazyload\"\/>Education was a central part of this year\u2019s agenda<\/p>\n<p>Mark your diaries: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thespiritsbusiness.com\/2025\/06\/preview-bcb-london-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BCB London<\/a> will return to Tobacco Dock next year from 29 to 30 June.<\/p>\n<p>The trade show, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thespiritsbusiness.com\/2024\/07\/imbibe-live-rebrands-as-bcb-london\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rebranded from Imbibe Live<\/a>, welcomed 3,650 visitors from 56 countries in its inaugural showing last week. The show featured more than 140 exhibitors and an industry-leading education programme.<\/p>\n<p>BCB director Petra Lassahn said: \u201cWe\u2019re absolutely delighted with the success of BCB London. It is officially the new home of hospitality for the UK and Ireland.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been such a pleasure to welcome so many exhibitors and visitors to the event. I would like to thank everyone involved for helping to create such a vibrant experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFollowing the success of the first edition of BCB London, I\u2019m delighted to announce we will be returning to Tobacco Dock on 29 and 30 June 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Highlights from the debut programme included interactive workshops and masterclasses led by a line-up of some of the industry\u2019s leading figures, including Gergo Murath, Becky Paskin, Sim Edwards and Ahsoka Wallace.<\/p>\n<p>The programme was curated by the BCB London education board, spearheaded by BCB director of education Angus Winchester. He was joined by BCB London brand ambassador <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thespiritsbusiness.com\/2025\/06\/jack-sotti-chats-career-advice-and-bar-convent-london\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jack Sotti<\/a>, cocktail and spirits expert Hannah Lanfear, and drinks writers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thespiritsbusiness.com\/2025\/03\/sandrae-lawrence-joins-totcf-board\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sandrae Lawrence<\/a> and Gary Sharpen of The Cocktail Lovers.<\/p>\n<p>The talks highlighted key topics in the industry, such as the future of socialising, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thespiritsbusiness.com\/2025\/07\/how-bars-can-go-the-distance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">achieving longevity<\/a>, parenthood in hospitality and the power of mentorship.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the discussions, guests were able to sample some of the drinks industry\u2019s new products and innovations.<\/p>\n<p>Competitions included the Pouring Contest, led by Kevin Armstrong and Dan Waddy of Satan\u2019s Whiskers. More than 100 bartenders tested their pouring speed and accuracy in a bid to win an all-expenses-paid trip to Bar Convent Berlin and a \u00a32,500 (US$3,400) cash prize.<\/p>\n<p>Michael K\u00f6hler, managing director of BCB London\u2019s organiser, RX Germany, said: \u201cWe\u2019re proud to add another global bar destination to the BCB brand with our new show in London, giving our customers access to this key market in the bar and beverage industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the launch of BCB London, we are setting another milestone in the international development of RX\u2019s trade fair portfolio.
