For Leeds, promotion looks good.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/leedsunited.news\/club\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Leeds <\/a>fell away last season, securing just seven points in their last seven games. The difference this time around is that the blip has not come in the final few games, but early enough for Leeds to turn it around.<\/p>\n<p>The blip came after the wins over Sunderland and Sheffield United, winning just one of the next six and even losing a fourth game of the season to Portsmouth. But, Leeds have rallied with two straight wins.<\/p>\n<p>Victories over Middlesbrough and Preston came as Sheffield United\u2019s lost three in a row. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsunited.news\/news\/ally-mccoist-says-if-he-thinks-sheffield-united-can-catch-leeds-united-and-burnley-after-third-loss-in-a-row\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ally McCoist says Sheffield United still have a chance at the top two<\/a>, but Leeds are now five clear of Sheffield United.<\/p>\n<p>Gabby Agbonlahor praises Leeds and makes Sheff Utd prediction<\/p>\n<p>With four games to go, Leeds go to Oxford United on Friday before taking on Stoke, Bristol City and Plymouth. Four very winnable games for <a href=\"http:\/\/leedsunited.news\/club\/manager\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Daniel Farke\u2019s<\/a> side, but it is not as simple for the other two.<\/p>\n<p>Sheffield United have to go to Burnley on Monday, while Burnley\u2019s run-in \u2013 despite being the team in the best form of the three sides chasing the top two \u2013 is the hardest. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsunited.news\/tag\/gabby-agbonlahor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gabby Agbonlahor<\/a> has had his say.<\/p>\n<p>Often a wind-up merchant when it comes to Leeds United, Agbonlahor praised Leeds on TalkSPORT on Monday (April 14, 4.55PM) and thinks Sheffield United have given themselves too much to do.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"701\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/GettyImages-1454027915-1-1024x701.jpg\" alt=\"Photo by Visionhaus\/Getty Images\" \/>Photo by Visionhaus\/Getty Images <\/p>\n<p>MORE LEEDS UNITED STORIES<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo me, Wilder is losing it. Leeds and Burnley look like they\u2019ll be the top two.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>What Chris Wilder said after Sheff Utd\u2019s loss at Plymouth<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps still in the heat of the moment after his completely unprovoked reaction to Darko Gyabi and a Plymouth teammate walking past Sheffield United fans, Wilder spoke about his side\u2019s shock 2-1 defeat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsunited.news\/news\/chris-wilder-sums-up-sheffield-uniteds-chances-of-automatic-promotion-as-leeds-united-go-five-clear-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wilder\u2019s verdict on Sheffield United\u2019s chances was telling<\/a>.
