Prime Day 2025 is here from Tuesday, July 8 to Friday, July 11, and Lifehacker is sharing the best sales based on product reviews, comparisons, and price-tracking tools.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Galaxy Watch 8 is right around the corner<\/a>, and to celebrate, Samsung is offering a massive discount on last year\u2019s Galaxy Watch 7 model. For Prime Day, the watch is down by almost 50%, the lowest price I\u2019ve seen yet. If you\u2019re a Samsung fan, or an Android user looking to add an excellent smartwatch to your setup, it’s a good time to pick up the Galaxy Watch 7.<\/p>\n Samsung’s watch is currently discounted to $159.99 for the 40mm model<\/a> (the previous lowest price was $199<\/a>). It\u2019s available in Cream and Green. The larger 44mm model is discounted to $199.99<\/a>, though the real savings are found in the 40mm variant.<\/p>\n A wearOS smartwatch, with Samsing One UI<\/p>\n The Galaxy Watch 7 works well with both the Android and Samsung ecosystems. It\u2019s based on the WearOS 5 platform, but also supports Samsung\u2019s One UI Watch 6 interface. The watch is running a 3nm Exynos W1000 processor, which is faster than the previous model. There\u2019s also a round screen (1.3 inches on the 40mm, and 1.5 inches on the 44mm), and the Watch 7 boasts a brighter 2,000-nit Super AMOLED display.<\/p>\n The battery lasts 30 hours, and there\u2019s also support for Qi wireless charging up to 10W. There\u2019s 32GB onboard storage, and dual-frequency GPS for precise workout tracking. The BioActive sensor has been upgraded with more LEDs (13 as opposed to four in the Watch 6) for improved accuracy in tracking heart rate, sleep quality, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, and stress\u2014especially during high-intensity workouts.<\/p>\n What do you think so far?<\/p>\n The Galaxy Watch 7 also comes with Galaxy AI<\/a>, which powers an “energy score,” wellness tips, suggested replies for notifications, and Sleep Apnea Detection.<\/p>\n Looking for something else?
