If there\u2019s no gym or you\u2019re just looking for a private, simple, efficient workout you can do in your hotel room or Airbnb, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/journals\/physiology\/articles\/10.3389\/fphys.2022.824154\/full?itid=lk_inline_enhanced-template\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">researchers<\/a> also found five key exercises that give you the same health and fitness benefits as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themanual.com\/fitness\/best-hiit-workouts-for-beginners\/\" data-popup-added=\"true\" style=\"cursor: pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">high-intensity interval training (HIIT)<\/a> workout in just 11 minutes when you perform these moves in sequence. The best part is that there\u2019s no equipment required, and it\u2019s an excellent workout for those short on time and trying to fit more movement into a busy schedule.
