An invaluable member of the private household, Archer has made the decision to leave her palace role to set up her own private consultancy \u2014 with more details expected soon.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_6-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> PEOPLE understands the Prince and Princess of Wales\u2019 household has wished Natasha the very best for the exciting opportunities ahead.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_8-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> Affectionately known as \u201cTash,\u201d Archer, 37, joined the royal fold in 2010 as a personal assistant to both Princess Kate and <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/tag\/prince-william\/\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prince William<\/a>. Over time, she became an integral part of Kate\u2019s inner circle and was widely known for being Kate&#8217;s unofficial stylist.
