Hollyoaks\u2019 Grace Black will make a devastating discovery about her sister Clare Devine next week \u2013 but is everything as it seems?<\/p>\n

Viewers have seen villain Clare attempt to take down her old nemesis Tom Cunningham<\/a> this week by threatening to sell teens Bobby and Jacob to dangerous people unless Rex killed him in prison.<\/p>\n

Rex felt he had no choice but to follow Clare\u2019s orders<\/a>, but in the end, there was nothing he could do, as Tom is being protected by the prison\u2019s mysterious \u2018top dog\u2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Frankie discovered Clare’s plan and told Grace, but it was too late, as Clare, Bobby and Jacob had all vanished.<\/p>\n

In next week\u2019s episodes, Clare puts her sinister plan into action<\/a>, outsmarting the police and preparing to hand over Jacob and Bobby.<\/p>\n

But Jacob realises that they are in danger, and the pair plan to escape from the service station Clare has taken them to.<\/p>\n

As these tense scenes unfold, Grace sneaks out of the hospital before she is discharged. Clare arrives home, preparing to meet up with Dodger abroad, but she finds her sister unexpectedly waiting for her.<\/p>\n

Grace has grown remorseful for her horrific actions following a conversation with Vicky in hospital<\/a>, and she tells Clare that they need to confess to the police their involvement in the exploitation operation. How will Clare respond?<\/p>\n

But emotional scenes are to follow for the estranged siblings, as when Grace realises that her sister is wearing a wig, Clare reveals that she has stage 4 cancer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Clare told the village about her terminal diagnosis several weeks back, but some residents, including Sienna, suspect she may not be telling the truth.<\/p>\n

Grace is similarly suspicious when she finds out this news and wants to make sure that Clare is telling the truth, but she eventually comes around and believes her sister\u2019s illness.<\/p>\n

With Dodger and Tori returning from their trip early, Grace is desperate to help her sister so tells Clare that she will do anything she can to get Tori from the Blakes for her.<\/p>\n

But with the siblings back on the same page, should Grace really be so trusting of Clare?<\/p>\n

Hollyoaks<\/strong> airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming<\/a> premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.<\/strong><\/p>\n
