After wearing Dior for the first time earlier in the day on Tuesday, the Princess of Wales brought out her favorite tiara, the Queen Mary Lovers\u2019 Knot, and a pair of earrings from <a class=\"recommendation-inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instyle.com\/kate-middleton-chemotherapy-video-queen-elizabeth-land-rover-8709879\" link-destination-recommendation=\"true\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Queen Elizabeth<\/a>\u2019s collection. Later, in one of the most viral moments from the state banquet, Macron winked at Kate in a playful gesture.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_19-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> Earlier in the day, as William and Kate greeted the Macrons at RAF Northolt, the leader raised questions about royal protocol when he kissed her hand in a greeting.
