Rock \u2018n\u2019 roll Star Liam Gallagher<\/a> found himself facing BOOs at the triumphant Oasis<\/a> homecoming show at Heaton Park<\/a> in Manchester.<\/p>\n Although, predictably, it was due to football.<\/p>\n Reunited brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher<\/a> walked out to a hero\u2019s welcome, hand in hand, at the huge park on Friday night.<\/p>\n But mid-way through the show, Liam brought things to a halt to make a special dedication.<\/p>\n BE HERE NOW! <\/strong>Win last-minute Oasis tickets to the Heaton Park homecoming gigs by clicking HERE<\/strong><\/a>… and join our Oasis WhatsApp group while you’re at it HERE.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n He said: \u201cI\u2019d like to dedicate this to the greatest manager of all time, Mr Pep Guardiola.\u201d But the mention of the Manchester City boss sparked some boos in the crowd.<\/p>\n Clearly unimpressed, Liam retorted: \u201cWho you f***ing booing, who you f***ing booing.\u201d<\/p>\n The video also panned to the life-sized cut-out of Pep that was placed on stage, with a Man City scarf around his neck.<\/p>\n Thankfully it was greeted by laughs from the audience and Liam launched into an emphatic version of D\u2019You Know What I Mean.<\/p>\n In fact, Pep himself was spotted backstage at the show ahead of the band’s headline performance. He was pictured posing with members of the Gallagher family<\/a>, including Noel’s daughter and Liam’s sons.<\/p>\n Earlier in the show Noel had made a dedication to Manc royalty – The Royle Family\u2019s creators, comedians Caroline Aherne and Craig Cash.
