(Us Weekly learned earlier this week that Archer had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/kate-middletons-personal-assistant-of-15-years-announces-kensington-palace-departure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">decided to go into private consulting<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>As of Friday, July 11, the account has just over 2,000 followers and features an email for inquiries. Archer, 37, also follows about 400 people, including the Prince and Princess of Wales and the official royal family account.<\/p>\n<p>She was employed by Prince William and Kate, 43, since 2010 and spent 15 years with the family until news of her departure broke on Wednesday, July 9. Her final title was Senior Private Executive Assistant to the Prince and Princess of Wales, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/stylish\/news\/kate-middletons-stylist-natasha-archer-gets-new-role\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">which was bestowed in August 2022<\/a>. In an article in The Sunday Times UK published on Saturday, February 1, a spokesperson for the Palace said the decision stemmed from the princess\u2019 desire to shift the focus away [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Throughout Archer\u2019s time with the royal family, she became known as the reason for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/stylish\/pictures\/kate-middletons-style-evolution-20101711\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kate\u2019s major fashion transformation<\/a> \u2014 some might refer to it as the \u201cKate Effect.\u201d The Princess of Wales\u2019 clothing has become a booming business, with most items selling out almost immediately after she\u2019s photographed in them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInitially Kate was a reluctant fashion icon, but now she enjoys it.
