\u201cFC Bayern are prepared to offer Luis D\u00edaz a contract until 2029 or 2030,\u201d wrote Plettenberg. A long-term deal would likely come with a significant increase on his current wages, which reportedly began at \u00a355,000 a week when he joined from Porto.<\/p>\n

\u201cD\u00edaz remains willing to leave Liverpool if a suitable offer arrives and is aware of concrete interest from Bayern.\u201d Despite this interest, \u201cat present, however, there is no agreement between Bayern and D\u00edaz and no concrete negotiations between Bayern and Liverpool.\u201d<\/p>\n

D\u00edaz\u2019s frustration appears rooted in contract terms. While his salary has risen modestly over time, Liverpool are not prepared to offer him a long-term extension with a sizeable wage increase. As a result, the player \u201chas opened the doors to a Liverpool exit,\u201d Plettenberg reported.<\/p>\n

\u201cDespite the rejected approaches, D\u00edaz is still considered a potential candidate for sale.\u201d<\/p>\n

Liverpool are said to be willing to consider offers in the range of \u201c\u20ac70\u201380 million, depending on the buyer (Europe or Saudi Arabia).\u201d Bayern have the financial muscle, and with Barcelona now focusing their attention on Marcus Rashford due to his lower valuation, the German champions look like the most realistic European destination.<\/p>\n

Should D\u00edaz depart, Liverpool already have contingency plans in place. Florian Plettenberg reports that \u201cReal Madrid\u2019s Rodrygo and Anthony Gordon of Newcastle are understood to be on Liverpool\u2019s radar.\u201d<\/p>\n
