\n\tCatherine, Princess of Wales, better known as Kate Middleton<\/a>, just made an adorable comment about Prince Louis<\/a>, which shows how her public parenting approach may be changing.<\/p>\n

\n\tEarlier this week, Kate attended an exhibit of items from the Royal Collection at Windsor Castle. Specifically, she made a comment towards a portrait of a young King Louis XIV, who ruled France from 1643 to 1715.<\/p>\n

\n\tShe jokingly compared her seve<\/a>n<\/a>-year-old<\/a> to King Louis XIV, saying, \u201cI should know,\u201d per Hello<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tIt was a tongue\u2011in\u2011cheek double meaning, referring to how she \u201cknows\u201d Louis. But we love this cheeky comment because it shows a turn in how Kate talks about her kids. While she usually keeps details private, or formal, this shows a casual change in her approachl which we love.<\/p>\n

\n\tFor those who don\u2019t know, William and Kate have been together on and off since 2003. Since their nuptials, they have since welcomed three children<\/a> named Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Louis<\/a>, 7.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a previous podcast episode of Happy Mum, Happy Baby, hosted by Giovanna Fletcher, via Town and Country<\/a>, Kate talked about how she incorporates her family traditions into her parenting.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI had an amazing Granny who devoted a lot of time to us\u2014playing with us, doing arts and crafts, and going to the greenhouse to do gardening, and cooking with us\u2014and I try and incorporate a lot of the experiences that she gave us at the time into the experiences that I give my children now,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
