Four people have been arrested on the second night of TRNSMT – including one person who allegedly brought a knife <\/a>to the Glasgow festival.<\/p>\n Cops confirmed that the revellers were apprehended in connection with various offences in and around the area of Glasgow Green following the event’s <\/a>second night on Saturday.<\/p>\n The offences included breach of the peace, possession of a knife<\/a>, drugs offence and breaching curfew.<\/p>\n Reports on each arrest <\/a>will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.<\/p>\n A statement from Police Scotland reads: “Four people were arrested following the second night of a festival <\/a>at Glasgow Green on Saturday, 12 July, 2025.<\/p>\n “The offences included breach of the peace, possession of a knife, drugs offence and breaching curfew<\/a>.<\/p>\n “Reports will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal<\/a>.”<\/p>\n Seven were arrested and charged following the music event’s opening night <\/a>on Friday. The offences included police assault<\/a>, assault, hate crime and outstanding warrants. One man was charged under suspicion of terror offences outside the festival.<\/p>\n The man, 55, was arrested<\/a> for wearing a T-shirt allegedly showing support for the proscribed group Palestine Action.<\/p>\n The activist had allegedly been leafleting near TRNSMT festival, in Glasgow<\/a>, when police charged him.<\/p>\n He was also alleged<\/a> to be wearing a T-shirt from the Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign (SPSC) which read: \u201cGenocide in Palestine. Time to take action.\u201d Police are understood to have confiscated<\/a> the top.<\/p>\n
