Vernon Kay has told his fans to \u2018rave on\u2019 as he soaked in a second Manchester gig after receiving backlash over attending Oasis\u2019 first Heaton Park<\/a> concert.<\/p>\n

The self-proclaimed Oasis superfan joined the likes of Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola<\/a>, 1975 singer Matty Healy<\/a> and a host of Coronation Street<\/a> stars on Friday (July 11).<\/p>\n

Wearing a bucket hat, a pair of shades and a New York Cosmo\u2019s shirt, Vernon was among<\/a> the 80,000 people in attendance.<\/p>\n

Amid the roasting temperatures, the TV presenter and BBC<\/a> Radio 2 belted hit songs such as Live Forever, Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova with the Gallagher brothers.<\/p>\n

The Heaton Park homecoming<\/a> marked not only Liam and Noel\u2019s return to Manchester, but Vernon\u2019s second time seeing them in two weeks, having gone to the reunion tour\u2019s opening night at Cardiff\u2019s Principality Stadium<\/p>\n

A number of people in the comments section of an Instagram he posted raised questions on how he managed to snap up more tickets to shows.<\/p>\n

@lfcarbz asked: \u201cHow did Vernon get so many tickets? Cardiff now Manchester!\u201d To which Vernon replied: \u201cPaid for them!!\u201d<\/p>\n

@bradshaw198 stated: \u201cHow did you get to go again. Lucky.\u201d @gprice1959 replied: \u201cProbs free tickets they all get them.\u201d<\/p>\n

This reply led Vernon <\/a>to bluntly clarify how he got the tickets, saying: \u201cThere are no free Tix. Or guest list. Paid for mine\u2026.\u201d<\/p>\n

Returning to his Instagram on Saturday (July 12), Vernon revealed that he stayed in Manchester for the weekend to attend the Henley Festival.<\/p>\n

Sporting a white shirt, dickie bow and shades for the occasion, The One Show<\/a> host watched club musicians Hacienda Classical, who are led by Graeme Park.<\/p>\n

Posting a video from the gig, Vernon said: \u201c@fac51thehaciendaofficial @graemepark What a superb night @henleyfestival !! B2B Manchester icons in two days!<\/p>\n

\u201c(And for those who are gonna get the wet wipes out, our dear friend Mr.Park who we\u2019ve admired since \u201889!! Sorted us out!) Rave on Brothers and Sisters!! Nothing but [heart emojis].\u201d<\/p>\n

The comments section of Vernon\u2019s post saw his friends and fans having their say on his latest adventure and wishing him well.<\/p>\n
