One of the biggest questions people have when it comes to the British royal family is about one relationship that hasn\u2019t been as widely reported. Sure, there\u2019s a lot of information about the feud between Prince Harry<\/a> and his father, King Charles. There are multiple reports about William\u2019s and Harry\u2019s broken relationship. But those usually focus on the three of them, and rarely involve Meghan Markle<\/a> directly. So, people have questions about the relationship between Prince William<\/a> and Meghan Markle.<\/p>\n

According to royal biographer and commentator Phil Dampier, William was always skeptical about Meghan and saw right through her \u201cplans\u201d to use Harry. \u201cI think, unfortunately, that confirms what I\u2019ve been saying or thought for the last few years that, sadly, Meghan never really had any intention of staying in the royal family,\u201d Dampier\u00a0told the Sun<\/a>, referencing a previous report from Queen Elizabeth II\u2019s cousin and closest confidante, Lady Elizabeth Anson, who said the Queen was apprehensive about Meghan Markle\u2019s intentions.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe saw as a stepping stone getting married to Harry to new fame and fortune. And I think that\u2019s what initially Prince William was concerned about.\u201d Dampier also added, about William and Harry, \u201cThat\u2019s why they fell out. And now we are where we are. But to have this confirmed by somebody so close to the queen is really dynamite.\u201d<\/p>\n

This comes after specific reports that William was upset about Markle\u2019s decision to debut her new brand of wine on the late Princess Diana\u2019s birthday.<\/p>\n

According to royal commentator Kinsey Schofield\u00a0a palace insider said, \u201cIt\u2019s not lost on Prince William that Meghan has launched an alcohol brand on his mother\u2019s birthday, the very mum he lost in a drink driving tragedy,\u201d adding that, \u201cWhen I asked if there was anger at\u00a0Meghan for using Diana<\/a>\u2018s birthday to promote her commercial products, my source replied: \u2018It\u2019s what he\u2019s come to expect from her\u2019\u201d and adding that \u201cHe doesn\u2019t think much of her,\u201d referring to William.<\/p>\n

Recently, there have been conflicting reports about the relationship between\u00a0King Charles and Prince Harry<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Meghan Markle, including reports that the King would want them to be heavily\u00a0involved with his funeral<\/a>, and reports that Prince Harry<\/a> invited his father to the next\u00a0Invictus Games<\/a>, which are taking place in Birmingham in 2027.<\/p>\n

And all of this comes as reports indicate the Sussexes aren\u2019t doing that well, financially, with sources telling Page Six<\/a>\u00a0that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have let go of several of their staff members. \u201cThis isn\u2019t strategy \u2014 it\u2019s survival,\u201d celebrity gossiper\u00a0Rob Shuter<\/a> reported from a source. \u201cThey\u2019re running out of money, and now they\u2019re running\u00a0out of people.\u201d Another royal source explained that layoffs were inevitable for the former royal family members. \u201cThey don\u2019t have the money to keep the team they built,\u201d the source said. \u201cThey tried to recreate the royal court \u2014 but California doesn\u2019t do crowns on credit.\u201d<\/p>\n

Worst of all, when it comes to William, reports in the last few months indicate he\u00a0is ready to\u00a0strip Prince Harry and Meghan Markle of their titles<\/a>\u00a0as soon as he becomes King have been circulating for months. \u201cIt\u2019s no secret William wants Harry more\u00a0harshly dealt with. He thinks he has betrayed the family from top to bottom, which is the ultimate Windsor crime. It wouldn\u2019t take much to provoke him to flex his muscles when he is king,\u201d a palace insider told\u00a0The Daily Beast.<\/p>\n
