Police said they were called just before 4 pm after the 12-metre plane went down at the airport, located on England\u2019s southeast coast. The number of people on board is not yet known. Fire crews and ambulances remain at the scene. Flights have been cancelled as authorities investigate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emergency response :<\/strong> Emergency crews arrived at the scene soon after the crash was reported. The East of England Ambulance Service said it sent four ambulances along with several other emergency response vehicles.
