Everton could reignite their interest in signing Leeds United winger Jack Harrison despite opting against a permanent deal when his loan spell ended.<\/strong><\/p>\n Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider\u2019s Inside Track podcast<\/a><\/strong>, senior correspondent Pete O\u2019Rourke revealed what sources have told him about the 28-year-old\u2019s future at Elland Road and a possible return to Merseyside.<\/p>\n David Moyes is \u201cdesperate\u201d to strengthen his team out wide this summer after losing both Harrison and Jesper Lindstrom when their loan deals expired.<\/p>\n Former West Ham scout and Moyes ally Mick Brown told\u00a0Football Insider<\/strong>\u00a0in March that\u00a0Moyes did not rate Harrison<\/a>\u00a0as part of his plans for the future at Everton.<\/p>\n However, if they fail in their pursuit of other key targets for the position, the Leeds man remains on the list of options at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.<\/p>\n After two seasons on loan at Everton, Harrison is believed to have burnt his bridges at Leeds, and is now keen to make a permanent move away.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n MORE FOOTBALL INSIDER STORIES<\/p>\n Everton could make surprise Jack Harrison signing from Leeds<\/strong><\/p>\n Former Leeds goalkeeper Paul Robinson told Football Insider<\/strong> that Leeds want \u00a310million to sell Harrison<\/a>, but could let him leave on loan again.<\/p>\n Daniel Farke is keen to move the winger on as he is not a part of his plans for the Whites\u2019 return to the Premier League following last season\u2019s promotion.<\/p>\n O\u2019Rourke explained that a surprise return to Everton could be on the cards despite opting against a permanent deal previously.<\/p>\n \u201cHe did okay at Everton,\u201d he told Football Insider.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI was quite surprised that Everton didn\u2019t decide to make that deal permanent, because we know they\u2019re desperately in need of wingers.<\/p>\n \u201cJesper Lindstrom has also left after his loan, and David Moyes is still looking to bring wingers in.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m sure he [Harrison] remains on that list of players they are considering signing at Everton.<\/p>\n \u201cIf they don\u2019t get other potential targets for those winger slots in the team, maybe they will rekindle their interest in signing Jack Harrison.<\/p>\n \u201cHis bridges have been burnt at Leeds having gone out to Everton twice on loan, Leeds have moved on.<\/p>\n \u201cHarrison will probably have to move on this summer as well, in search of regular first-team football.\u201d<\/p>\n Harrison is not the only player Everton are looking to sign this summer, however, as they have also set their sights on a deal for Leicester\u2019s Wilfred Ndidi.<\/p>\n Football Insider<\/strong> revealed on 13 July that Everton are racing Man United to sign Ndidi<\/a>, who has a \u00a39million release clause in his contract at the King Power Stadium.<\/p>\n Crystal Palace, Fulham and Juventus are also believed to be keeping tabs on the Nigeria international, in a deal that has been branded \u201cthe bargain of the summer\u201d.<\/p>\n This comes after Brown told\u00a0Football Insider<\/strong>\u00a0on 3 July that\u00a0Everton will reignite their interest in Ndidi<\/a>\u00a0this summer after missing out last year.<\/p>\n For more Everton and exclusive
