Emmerdale\u2019s Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley<\/a>) has followed her heart and made a decision, and it\u2019s not good news for husband Billy Fletcher<\/a> (Jay Kontzle<\/a>).<\/p>\n

After a months-long affair with Joe Tate (Ned Porteous<\/a>), and despite him being as reliable as one of Pollard\u2019s dodgy deals, Dawn has finally decided that Joe is the one and that her marriage is over.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She tells Kim it\u2019s nothing to do with Joe and that the spark is gone. Billy is heartbroken by Dawn\u2019s decision without knowing the full truth, and he struggles to accept things are done without any real reason.<\/p>\n

But an idea is planted in his head by Mackenzie (Lawrence Robb) that makes things seem a bit clearer \u2013 that maybe Dawn is seeing someone else, and maybe that someone else is Ross (Mike Parr).<\/p>\n

The pieces fall into place and to back up the theory, Billy goes on a hunt for evidence, starting with Dawn\u2019s phone. <\/p>\n

While he doesn\u2019t exactly find what he\u2019s after, he does discover that the phone is now locked with a passcode, despite never having been before. A red flag and confirmation for Billy.<\/p>\n

Joe then backs Billy\u2019s theory about Ross and Dawn, causing Billy to confront Kim\u2019s head of security.<\/p>\n

Ross is perplexed by the accusation, and a fight ensues, just as Dawn walks in. As Billy airs his suspicions, he is horrified to realise daughter Clemmie has heard it all.\u00a0<\/p>\n

With Clemmie wanting nothing to do with her dad, Billy is crushed. <\/p>\n

A guilty Joe comforts him, and Billy starts to accept what\u2019s happening, deciding to leave Home Farm. Ross encourages him to prioritise his kids, prompting Billy to apologise to Dawn for accusing her of cheating.<\/p>\n

Feeling like a rotten egg, Dawn works with Billy to plan how they\u2019ll break the news to the kids that their split is permanent and that they\u2019re getting a divorce. Billy packs his bags and is gone. Will he ever find out the truth?<\/p>\n
