\u201cI still think it would be foolish to sell him at this point. The aim has got to be to make Liverpool a title-winning team again next season and the way you do that is not by selling your centre-back who played over 30 games last season.\u201d<\/p>\n

Konat\u00e9 has been a vital part of Liverpool\u2019s defensive setup, and losing such a key player, especially after a title-winning season, could disrupt the balance Slot has worked hard to build.<\/p>\n
