Some 38 Edinburgh parks number among the 88 parks and green spaces recognised by Keep Scotland Beautiful with a Green Flag Award.<\/p>\n

Two new parks are included \u2013 Braidburn Valley Park<\/a> where the Friends instructed a mural to be created, and Harrison Park both managed by The City of Edinburgh Council. <\/p>\n

Burdiehouse Burn Valley Park, Seven Acres Park and Spylaw Park have all won flags for the tenth year in a row.<\/p>\n

Jamie Ormiston, Training and Accreditation Coordinator at Keep Scotland Beautiful, said: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to announce the winners of the 2025 Green Flag Awards and even more so at the increase in numbers from last year\u2019s total.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s fantastic to see our stalwart parks across the country recognised once again for their commitment to environmental excellence and a desire to offer visitors a safe and enjoyable place to visit.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur new winners have shown a similar desire and their journey is only just beginning but I look forward to many more wins in the future.<\/p>\n

\u201cParks across Scotland are vital spaces for people of all ages to reconnect with nature and I\u2019m delighted we once again have winners all over the country \u2013 including plenty of new areas \u2013 for people to enjoy during the summer months.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Lawn and Central Woodlands managed by Heriot Watt University, Corstorphine Hill LNR Community Walled Garden managed by Friends of Corstorphine Hill and the garden at Royal Edinburgh Hospital managed by NHS Lothian complete the list for Edinburgh.<\/p>\n
