Manchester United are interested in signing Pervis Estupinan with Brighton open to selling the left-back this summer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Estupinan has emerged as a potential option for Manchester United given the Seagulls\u2019 stance on the player.<\/p>\n

Brighton have signed Maxim De Cuyper from Club Brugge in the current window and also have Ferdi Kadioglu as an option at left-back.<\/p>\n

Manchester United are now prepared to explore a potential market opportunity, according to talkSPORT<\/a>, but face competition from AC Milan.<\/p>\n

Both sides have a \u2018genuine interest\u2019 in Estupinan, who made 30 league appearances for Brighton last season.<\/p>\n

Ruben Amorim has targeted Premier League proven talent in the summer window, with the Red Devils having completed the signing of Matheus Cunha from Wolves.<\/p>\n

Negotiations are also ongoing for Brentford winger Bryan Mbeumo, while interest has been expressed in Aston Villa goalkeeper Emi Martinez and Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson.<\/p>\n

Estupinan is seen as a solid fit for Amorim\u2019s wing-back options and would provide an experienced alternative to Patrick Dorgu.<\/p>\n

The latter joined from Lecce for a fee in the region of \u00a325m but endured a mixed start to his time at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n

Manchester United have initiated talks with Estupinan\u2019s representatives. The 27-year-old has two years to run on his contract at the Amex Stadium.<\/p>\n
