Leeds United News has the latest information regarding the club\u2019s pursuit of Anton Stach, Sean Longstaff, and what Daniel Farke is eyeing next.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The duo could become the fifth and sixth signings for Daniel Farke<\/a> this summer at Leeds United<\/a>, with the 49ers<\/a> aiming to make Premier League<\/a> football stick at Elland Road beyond 2025\/26.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been reported that Longstaff is headed for a medical<\/a> tomorrow by Graham Smyth and he will bolster their engine room, with Longstaff\u2019s superb energy and tenacity<\/a> outlined in the data by Opta\u2019s Jamie Kemp.<\/p>\n

The latest is that it will\u00a0now cost Leeds \u00a315 million for Longstaff<\/a>\u00a0including add-ons,\u00a0but Stach is also a key target as they look to form the pieces of the team together for next season.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been stated that\u00a0Stach is valued in excess of \u00a317 million by Hoffenheim<\/a>, but it\u2019s now being reported that\u00a0Stach and Leeds have agreed personal terms<\/a>, with a fee the final aspect to resolve.<\/p>\n

That would mean a further addition to Ao Tanaka, Ethan Ampadu, and Ilia Gruev in midfield after Longstaff. Leeds United News<\/strong>\u00a0has since spoken to Graeme Bailey for the latest exclusive information on that situation.<\/p>\n

The LUN transfer expert explained what Farke is keen to add next, too. He said: \u201cLeeds were always confident of doing Longstaff, and \u00a315 million overall is seen as a very good deal by them.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey wanted to add some Premier League experience within the squad. But Daniel Farke wants more options than that, and he wants that across the whole squad.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnton Stach is another player, we have had confirmed, that they have done work on. They like him, they believe his physicality is perfect, and that he would be well-suited to England and the Premier League.<\/p>\n

\u201cLeeds have confirmed they are holding talks with Hoffenheim about what a deal would look like. <\/p>\n

\u201cThat follows after they have done their work on the player, with personal terms in principle done \u2014 but that was never going to be an issue.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey are in talks with Hoffenheim. I don\u2019t believe Leeds want to go much more than they did with Longstaff with him but Hoffenheim are looking for around \u20ac20 million at this point.<\/p>\n

\u201cTalks continue but they are not too far apart at all now.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s already been reported that\u00a0Stach is \u201cconsidering\u201d a switch to Leeds<\/a>\u00a0this summer and there is still more to do, given Stach is on the bench for Hoffenheim today<\/a> in their pre-season game.<\/p>\n

Leeds are targeting at least six players after Longstaff<\/a>, including Stach. They will hope that the availability of Stach\u2019s preferred shirt number at Leeds<\/a> helps in negotiations in the coming days.<\/p>\n

Some might see the additions of both as unnecessary, but a strong core and spine of the team will platform other players to go out and express themselves. There is also a lack of top flight experience in central midfield.<\/p>\n

Both Longstaff and Stach add a huge amount of that to midfield, with their intangibles as important as their intensity, desire, and work-rate out of possession.<\/p>\n

Per Opta\u2019s Jonny Cooper, Stach is ranked in the top-four in the Bundesliga across the last two seasons for interceptions (120, 1st), tackles (142, 4th), possession won (393, 3rd), and duels won (381, 4th).<\/p>\n

Stach also has 122 appearances in the Bundesliga to go alongside Longstaff\u2019s 171 Premier League games; it\u2019s evidently an important aspect for the recruitment department and Farke.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
