When Princess Beatrice married Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, it seemed to be a royal match made in heaven. While Mozzi didn’t inherit the title of “Prince” upon marriage, he does come from his own aristocratic line as the son of an Italian count, and is now officially a member of the British royal family. However, it appears Princess Beatrice isn’t living a fairytale happy ending, as there could be some glaring red flags in her marriage. According to Teresha Young<\/a>, multi-award-winning international wellness and relationship coach, one thing that raises eyebrows is Mozzi’s close relationship with his ex-fianc\u00e9e Dara Huang, with whom he shares their son Christopher Woolf, or Wolfie. “Even after several years, if boundaries aren’t clearly set or maintained, any perceived lingering closeness between them could quietly affect the emotional health of Beatrice’s relationship, which is a red flag,” Young exclusively tells Glam.\u00a0<\/p>\n Because Mozzi co-parents with Huang, they’re still in each other’s lives, and it appears the two are still very friendly. “Wolfie has had two sets of parents trying to help him on both sides, and I just think, ‘The more, the merrier,'” the architect told Harper’s Bazaar (via People<\/a>). While maintaining peace between the two parties is important, Young warns, “When past relationships take up too much emotional space, it can become a subtle source of friction, especially if that closeness feels out of sync with the current partnership.” And, Princess Beatrice is not just a step-mom. While Wolfie still spends a lot of time with Mozzi, relationship coach Teresha Young points out that blended families can be tough to navigate. “For Beatrice, it’s not just about adjusting to co-parenting with Edoardo; it’s about finding her place in those daily dynamics. If decision-making feels imbalanced or if she isn’t fully included in parenting decisions, it could eventually lead to tension and disconnection, not just with Edoardo, but also in her connection with his son, Wolfie,” she exclusively shares with us.<\/p>\n Young’s concerns also lie with Wolfie feeling included with Princess Beatrice and Mozzi’s family. “With Beatrice and Edoardo now having two daughters, Sienna and Athena, there ought to be a focus on ensuring Wolfie feels equally valued in the family,” she tells us. “Building strong sibling bonds between all three kids is more than just a nice-to-have; it’s the glue that can hold their blended family together. A situation where every child feels like they belong and are valued is where emotional safety thrives,” Young says.
