\n Preferred Futures IOM wants to focus on early intervention\n <\/p>\n

It’s hoped a new charity on the Island will help support people with mental health issues before they reach crisis point.<\/p>\n

Preferred Futures Isle of Man has been set up by\u00a0qualified mental health nurses and professionals.<\/p>\n

Focusing on early intervention and non-judgemental support, it’s working to create a ‘Recovery Caf\u00e9’ for people needing help.<\/p>\n

Mel Beattie is the chair of trustees and Mark Haith is one of the mental health nurses who helped set up the charity:<\/p>\n
