We will therefore not be able to accept the Commission\u2019s proposal,\u201d\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/news.az\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News.Az<\/a> reports, citing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.eu\/article\/berlin-rejects-commissions-eu-budget-proposal\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Politico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The ambitious proposal by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen outlines a significant rise in EU spending compared to the current multi-year budget that began in 2021.
