Police seized more than \u00a3115k in cash and a large amount of cocaine and heroin during a County Lines crackdown.<\/p>\n

Officers found the bumper haul after carrying out early morning raids at several addresses in Birmingham<\/a> and Coventry.<\/p>\n

They discovered bundles of \u00a320, \u00a310 and \u00a35 notes totalling more than \u00a3115k at one of the locations.<\/p>\n

A man aged 54, and two women aged 31 and 30 were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.<\/p>\n

The three remain in custody for questioning.<\/p>\n

A WMP statement said: “We have seized over \u00a3115,000 in cash, drugs and arrested three people this morning as part of our fight against serious and organised crime.<\/p>\n

“Our County Lines Taskforce carried out warrants at multiple addresses in Coventry and Birmingham, this morning as part of an investigation into drugs lines.<\/p>\n

“The cash was found along with a large amount of cocaine and heroin.<\/p>\n

“One man aged 54, and two women aged 31 and 30 were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.<\/p>\n

“The three remain in custody for questioning.<\/p>\n

“Our County Lines Taskforce is committed to disrupting the supply of drugs in the West Midlands and is relentlessly targeting those suspected of involvement in it.<\/p>\n

“It’s all part of Operation Target, our ongoing fight against serious and organised crime in the West Midlands.<\/p>\n
