Sheffield Wednesday fans will be livid if one \u2018fantastic\u2019 Owls youngster is sold this summer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sheffield Wednesday\u2019s<\/a> summer has been chaotic to say the least, with preparations for the 2025\/26 Championship season taking a significant hit.<\/p>\n

Whilst a takeover at one point looked to be on track, those hopes have since been derailed, with Sheffield Wednesday moving back to square one.<\/p>\n

The latest twist sees Danny Rohl set to leave Sheffield Wednesday<\/a>, as exclusively revealed by EFL Analysis.<\/p>\n

The halting of progress in takeover talks could see Dejphon Chansiri continue to sell players<\/a> in order to generate funds, as he has done with Anthony Musaba and Djeidi Gassama.<\/p>\n

Whilst youngsters are not necessarily being targeted by the Thai owner, one could generate a short-term boost for Chansiri financially, but the fans would be far from happy.<\/p>\n

As the day-to-day running of Sheffield Wednesday continues to place a burden on Dejphon Chansiri\u2019s shoulders, it would be expected that he once again turns to the first-team squad to see who he can turn into short-term revenue.<\/p>\n

It would be expected that Pierce Charles could be moved on, with several sides likely to be interested in the Northern Ireland international. On top of Charles, Chansiri could also turn attention towards Sean Fusire as a player to potentially sell this summer.<\/p>\n

The Owls youngster had his breakthrough under Danny Rohl, having notably shone in the EFL Cup win away at Brentford in the 2024\/25 season.<\/p>\n

However, not only will the funds be minimal regarding a sale of Fusire, but such a decision would not go down well with the supporters.<\/p>\n

A Sheffield-born lad making a significant impact upon his call-up to the first team does not happen often.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Even Danny Rohl had noticed the vast quality that Fusire added to the squad, and how at such a young age he has huge potential.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is fantastic to see,\u201d said Rohl via The Star<\/a> when speaking about Fusire back in August 2024. \u201cI like his attitude, he is very calm, he is always listening and he wants to learn. These are the tools you need to make the next step. For young players it is not about doing it one week or two weeks, it\u2019s about consistently coming to the next level and for this hopefully he will soon get the next opportunity to play.\u201d<\/p>\n

Due to the fact that he is so highly rated and could grow into a brilliant asset at the club, there are many reasons why letting Fusire go would be a chaotic decision by Dejphon Chansiri.<\/p>\n
