Other tenants already in the Circle Square complex, built on a former <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/all-about\/bbc\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">BBC<\/a> site, include tech behemoths Hewlett Packard and Roku.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Puma said it was making the move from the capital because the firm wanted to be \u2018surrounded by such a strong line up of [the fashion] industry\u2019 and \u2018find somewhere in the heart of Manchester\u2019s thriving tech community\u2019, said its UK managing director Lucynda Davies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><strong class=\"Strong_strong__e2x35\">Never miss a story with the MEN&#8217;s daily Catch Up newsletter &#8211; get it in your inbox by signing up <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/newsletter-preference-centre\/?view=Solus&amp;mailingListId=b8052254-66af-41f3-9dae-7bbb0e3391c6&amp;utm_source=solusarticle\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"hereLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">She added in April, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/news\/greater-manchester-news\/puma-uk-hq-manchester-moving-31544741\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">when the move north was confirmed<\/a>: \u201cBeing based at Circle Square will also open up a host of opportunities to tap into the city\u2019s creative talent pool and strengthen our existing links with academic partners like Manchester Metropolitan University \u2013 of which we get the added benefit of Bruntwood SciTech being a partner.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">At the time, council leader Bev Craig said it \u2018illustrates Manchester\u2019s international impact\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/0_No3CS-July2025-0123H.jpg\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>(Image: Bruntwood SciTech)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;Manchester is the fastest-growing city in the UK and has real momentum as a centre for jobs and investment in innovation,\u201d she said on the completion of the block on Tuesday (July 15).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">\u201cCircle Square is making a tangible contribution to this story, attracting prestigious occupiers who want to work in an environment which supports collaboration and new ideas.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The new building offers staff a roof terrace with cityscape views, \u2018luxury breakout lounges\u2019, a gym, and opens out onto Symphony Park, a 24,000 sq ft green space open to the public that forms the centrepiece of the \u00a3750m Circle Square neighbourhood.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/0_No3CS-July2025-1002H.jpg\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>(Image: Bruntwood SciTech)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Finishing the build \u2018is a landmark moment\u2019, John Marland, chief development officer for Bruntwood SciTech, said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">\u201cThis building represents our ambition to create world-class infrastructure that accelerates the growth of the UK\u2019s most exciting businesses and we\u2019re looking forward to seeing the creativity and innovations that grow here in future,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">\u201cAt Circle Square, we\u2019ve created a vibrant ecosystem that brings together startups, global brands and scaleups in one connected, collaborative place and we\u2019ve seen how beneficial co-location and access to talent and research can be for these businesses.
