Kennedy International Airport (JFK) were grounded due to an &#8220;aircraft emergency&#8221;, according to reports.<\/p>\n<p>The disruption related to an incoming flight that encountered a hydraulic issue.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The US Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement: &#8220;Operations are normal after the FAA briefly slowed arrivals and departures at the airport because the aircraft was disabled on the runway.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bloomberg reports that the temporary ground stop was put in place due to a disabled aircraft on the runway.<\/p>\n<p>Officials say Delta Air Lines Flight 183 landed safely at JFK around 1.30pm local time after the crew reported a hydraulic issue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"All flights at New York&#8217;s John F.
