{"id":27362,"date":"2025-04-17T11:12:14","date_gmt":"2025-04-17T11:12:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/27362\/"},"modified":"2025-04-17T11:12:14","modified_gmt":"2025-04-17T11:12:14","slug":"capital-a-and-sanchiconnect-unveil-maxcel-accelerator-to-boost-startups-in-manufacturing-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/27362\/","title":{"rendered":"Capital-A and SanchiConnect unveil MaXcel accelerator to boost startups in manufacturing sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>B2B-focused early\u2011stage venture capital firm Capital\u2011A has teamed with <a href=\"https:\/\/indianstartupnews.com\/tag\/deeptech\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deeptech<\/a> ecosystem platform SanchiConnect to unveil MaXcel, an accelerator built for early-stage startups and MSMEs working in the <a href=\"https:\/\/indianstartupnews.com\/tag\/manufacturing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manufacturing<\/a> and allied sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The accelerator will support <a href=\"https:\/\/indianstartupnews.com\/tag\/startups\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">startups<\/a> operating in precision manufacturing, advanced materials, semiconductors, IoT, frugal industrial automation, robotics, smart factory technologies, and hardware-software integration, particularly those with minimum viable product (MVPs), pilot traction, or early revenue.<\/p>\n<p>Fast funding and hands\u2011on help<\/p>\n<p>Shortlisted startups will receive Rs 3\u202fcrore to Rs 4\u202fcrore in &#8220;fast\u2011track&#8221; capital, with term sheets promised within 30\u202fdays.<\/p>\n<p>Over 24\u202fweeks, founders will go through a 12\u2011week go\u2011to\u2011market module, tap corporate pilot opportunities, and pitch at an offshore demo day. They will also get one\u2011on\u2011one mentoring from industry veterans.<\/p>\n<p>Leadership comments<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are thrilled about MaXcel and its potential to catalyse the next wave of innovation, that will come from the shop floors, factories, and industrial corridors of India. Capital\u2011A&#8217;s deep manufacturing experience, along with SanchiConnect&#8217;s widespread access to the ecosystem, MaXcel will serve as a launchpad for founders building in the sunrise manufacturing sector,&#8221; said Ankit\u202fKedia, founder and lead investor at Capital\u2011A.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With MaXcel, we aim to provide meaningful support to founders working on manufacturing\u2011led innovation. The combination of sector\u2011specific funding and tailored ecosystem access will help startups address real industry needs,&#8221; Kedia added.<\/p>\n<p>Co\u2011founder Dr\u202fSunil\u202fShekhawat of SanchiConnect called the tie\u2011up a bold rethink of how hardware ideas reach the shop floor.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>&#8220;This collaboration is about reimagining what&#8217;s possible when innovation meets execution. MaXcel isn&#8217;t just a program but a catalyst for the next generation of industrial leaders,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Application deadline<\/p>\n<p>Applications for MaXcel are open until May 10, 2025.
