PRAIRIE VIEW<\/strong>, Texas (July 17, 2025) \u2013 The Office of the President at Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU) proudly announces the launch of the Presidential Executive-in-Residence Program<\/strong>, an exciting new initiative designed to connect students and faculty with influential global leaders whose careers have transformed industries and inspired innovation across disciplines.<\/p>\n

Dr. Mathew Knowles<\/strong>, a trailblazing entrepreneur, branding expert, and cultural architect behind the success of global icons like Beyonc\u00e9, Destiny\u2019s Child, and Solange, will serve as the inaugural Executive-in-Residence for the 2025\u20132026 academic year. With over $100 million in business exits and acquisitions and acclaimed campaigns for brands like Pepsi, L\u2019Or\u00e9al, and Samsung, Dr. Knowles brings unparalleled experience to the PVAMU campus. A LinkedIn Top Voice and recipient of the National Speakers Association\u2019s highest honor\u2014the Master of Influence Award\u2014he is also recognized as a Marquis Who\u2019s Who honoree and a global advocate for health and wellness.<\/p>\n

Dr. Knowles will be on campus in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 to lead a series of four dynamic master classes\u2014two each semester\u2014designed to provide high-impact, real-world learning experiences. These sessions are presented in collaboration with the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Department of Languages and Communication. <\/p>\n

Through these interactive experiences, students will engage in:<\/p>\n

As part of his residency, Dr. Knowles will also lead two faculty development sessions focused on cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, harnessing the power of storytelling, and advancing brand strategy and media innovation. This engagement will function as a critical nexus between academic theory and professional practice, providing faculty with frameworks to foster ingenuity, enrich student learning, and develop applied, future-oriented curricula.<\/p>\n
