{"id":275153,"date":"2025-07-19T16:26:14","date_gmt":"2025-07-19T16:26:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/275153\/"},"modified":"2025-07-19T16:26:14","modified_gmt":"2025-07-19T16:26:14","slug":"gp-patient-survey-2025-stourbridge-kingswinford-brierley-hill-result","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/275153\/","title":{"rendered":"GP Patient Survey 2025 Stourbridge Kingswinford &#038; Brierley Hill result"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  The results of the 2025\u00a0NHS GP Patient Survey have been published, detailing the practices that are serving their patients well and those that appear to be at the other end of the spectrum.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Nationally, patient satisfaction with GP services in England has improved, with the latest results having found 75 per cent\u00a0of 702,000 respondents had a good experience at their practice, up slightly from 74 per cent\u00a0in 2024.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  In the local area, 10\u00a0out of 18\u00a0practices were rated above the national average, with a further four more coming in less than five per cent below.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The best rated GP survey was Rangeways Road Surgery in Kingswinford, with 91.19\u00a0per cent of survey respondents saying they had an overall positive experience with the practice.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Coming in second place was Moss Grove Surgery in Kingswinford, with 88.11 per cent of patients reporting a positive experience, and Chapel Street Medical Centre in Lye took third place, with a score of 87.64 per cent.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Rounding out the top five were The Summerhill Surgery\u00a0in Kingswinford and Pedmore Medical Centre in Lye, which scored 86.74 per cent and 85.92 per cent respectively.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  At the other end of the table, the worst rated practice in the area was Lion Health in Stourbridge, with only 55.03 per cent of survey respondents reporting a positive experience.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  In 18th was Quarry Bank Medical Centre with a score of 66.36 per cent and in 17th spot was AW Surgeries in Brierley Hill, which scored 69.00 per cent.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Three Villages Medical Practice in Stourbidge was ranked 16th with 69.44 per cent, and The Limes Medical Centre in Lye came in at 15th with 70.01 per cent of patients reporting a positive experience.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  In response to being ranked the lowest by patients\u00a0in the region, Beth Gumbley, Practice Manger at Lion Health said:\u00a0\u201cWe are pleased to see improvements in our feedback relating to those of our patients who find it easy to contact us via the telephone, and are pleased that the overall quality of care provided in the opinion of the small patient group surveyed remains well above national and locality averages.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;We remain committed to making improvements in line with national directives, and also look forward to reviewing our internal patient survey results for a more representative, larger pool of feedback to use for our growth and service development.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The results of the 2025\u00a0NHS GP Patient Survey have been published, detailing the practices that are serving their&hellip;\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":275154,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[4316],"tags":[105,4348,16,15],"class_list":{"0":"post-275153","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-healthcare","8":"tag-health","9":"tag-healthcare","10":"tag-uk","11":"tag-united-kingdom"},"share_on_mastodon":{"url":"https:\/\/pubeurope.com\/@uk\/114880838842120853","error":""},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/275153","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=275153"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/275153\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/275154"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=275153"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=275153"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=275153"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
