That is what we need him for. ”\n<\/p>\n \n Archer is an instinctive finisher and operates best when his responsibilities solely take place inside the box.\n<\/p>\n \n He confessed he needs to regain his confidence in an interview with the club following his goal against Eastleigh<\/a> last weekend.\n<\/p>\n \n \n READ:\u00a0‘Get my head down’ – Archer reveals confident chat with Saints boss Still<\/a>\n<\/p>\n \n The former England youth international also revealed that Still has put confidence in him ahead of a return to the Championship.\n<\/p>\n \n Another Saints player stepping back down to the second tier, where they have impressed before, is defender Nathan Wood.\n<\/p>\n \n The former Swansea City and\u00a0Middlesbrough centre-back was the standout performer in Friday’s hard-fought 2-1 win over Valenciennes.\n<\/p>\n \n Still explained how the 23 year old is willing to learn a new way of playing, having received most of his individual\u00a0joy\u00a0in a possession-heavy system.\n<\/p>\n \n \n “They’ve all been really positive and open-minded\u00a0to move on and learn and do something new and be a positive team again,” Still explained.\n<\/p>\n \n “Woody is just a reflection of that, I think. We are still making mistakes here and there, but that is to be expected.
