4<\/p>\n Lewis Capaldi wants to beef up security with a massive fence 4<\/p>\n Neighbours are opposed, claiming the borders are “oppressive” 4<\/p>\n They have objected to planning application 4<\/p>\n They said it the fence should be lowered “without delay”<\/p>\n But resident Adam Dunwoodie has objected to the star\u2019s planning application<\/a> claiming an existing fence has already had a \u201csignificant adverse impact\u201d on his home life.<\/p>\n He said he understands Lewis\u2019s \u201cdesire for security and privacy\u201d but argued the height of the proposed partition would be \u201coppressive\u201d.<\/p>\n In a letter to the council he claimed the current fence was too tall and too near his own pad and should be lowered \u201cwithout delay\u201d.<\/p>\n Mr Dunwoodie writes: \u201cOur concerns have been mirrored by every visitor to our property<\/a>.
