Sir David Beckham<\/a> is trailblazing a new hairstyle after accidentally razing off a chunk of his hair \u2013 much to Victoria\u2019s horror.<\/p>\n

Posh Spice, 51, took to Instagram<\/a> to show a shame-faced David covering a portion of a his head which was sporting his usual close-cut head of hair. <\/p>\n

\u2018What have you done? What have you done?\u2019 Victoria asks Sir David with a teasing tone in a video she shared with her 32.9 million followers.<\/p>\n

\u2018The thing of the clippers fell off my head,\u2019 Sir David replied with a tremble in his voice as Victoria reiterated: \u2018You were trying to give yourself a haircut and what have you done?\u2019<\/p>\n

The 50-year-old former footballer then removed his hand to show the missing chunk of hair as Victoria wheezes out laughter in the background.<\/p>\n

\u2018It\u2019s not funny, David says as he briefly covers it back up, but his wife of 26 years is having too much fun, joking: \u2018Let me see. I mean the hours of content that the kids have got from this.\u2019<\/p>\n

Sir David had one last attempt defending the hairdressing disaster saying the clipper head \u2018fell off\u2019 before Victoria delivered some brutal home truths. <\/p>\n

\u2018I mean, it does not look good. I\u2019m always going to be honest with you. It looks terrible,\u2019 she concluded. <\/p>\n

The comments seemed to be divided into three camps.<\/p>\n

There were those thoroughly amused by the antics, with kenpaves writing: \u2018I\u2019m sorry I\u2019m laughing\u2019 while another, aimeeonvoayge, aptly quoted the famed glasses company advert by saying: \u2018Should have gone to Specsavers, hilarious.\u2019<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, keeping up his name as a fashion influencer (lest we forget the frosted tips era or the aggressive mullet), some were ready to go all in with him \u2013 declaring that he\u2019s the only man in Britain that could have pulled it off.<\/p>\n

\u2018Gonna get the Beckham haircut first thing tomorrow,\u2019 Jason Mamford joked.<\/p>\n

\u2018David Beckham shaved a chunk in his hair. So I shaved a chunk in my hair,\u2019 jacquieoiya added.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, some genuinely tried to offer some emergency haircut tips in order to salvage the dire situation. <\/p>\n

\u2018Better just buzz the rest in my experience guys hair grows back fairly fast usually he\u2019ll be back in no time,\u2019 breysbraxton suggested with some laughter emojis. <\/p>\n

\u2018Close chave incoming!!\u2019 Jo Jo Beckham agreed.<\/p>\n

The British power couple \u2013 who share four children, Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and 14-year-old Harper \u2013 are known for making bold fashion statements. <\/p>\n

I mean, they wore bright purple to their very high-profile wedding \u2013 a look that they recently recreated to mark their 25th wedding anniversary<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a month or two of highs and lows for the Beckhams after Sir David finally received the knighthood <\/a>that has been many years in the making. <\/p>\n

At the time he said he was \u2018immensely proud\u2019 of this \u2018humbling honour\u2019.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the whole family has been taut with tension as the rumours of a rift between Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz with the rest of the family rages on. <\/p>\n

In the latest turn, it appears the three brothers have somehow unfollowed each other on <\/a>Instagram, fuelling concerns of an irreparable break.<\/p>\n
