The claims were made by royal author Tom Bower in a recent interview with the Mirror. Bower asserted: &#8220;<a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" title=\"Prince Harry faces &#039;problem&#039; as UK return only depends on &#039;one person&#039;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/royal\/2083474\/prince-harry-uk-return-latest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harry is seriously worried that when his father dies<\/a> one day, William will literally banish him and he will have no status in Britain at all. He will be persona non grata.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, a spokesperson for the Duke of Sussex refuted these claims, telling <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gbnews.com\/royal\/prince-harry-prince-william-banish-statement-royal-family-feud\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">GB News<\/a>: &#8220;It&#8217;s funny how the people who know the least about him always have the most to say.&#8221; The 40-year-old prince has been vocal about his desire for reconciliation with the Royal Family. In a recent interview with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/bbc\" data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|AutoLink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BBC<\/a>, he said: &#8220;<a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" title=\"Prince Harry faced with huge problem as Duke &#039;desperate&#039; to reconcile with Firm\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/royal\/2082894\/prince-harry-problem-reconciliation-latest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">I would love reconciliation with my family<\/a>. There&#8217;s no point continuing to fight any more, life is precious.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The father of two also revealed that <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" title=\"Prince Harry confirms when he&#039;ll return to UK after devastating security battle\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/royal\/2067161\/prince-harry-invictus-games-uk-security\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">disagreements over security arrangements<\/a> have been a major source of contention between the Sussexes and the Firm.<\/p>\n<p>He revealed that the King &#8220;won&#8217;t speak to me because of this security stuff&#8221;, but said he wanted an end to the feud as he did &#8220;not know how much longer my father has&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Despite acknowledging numerous disputes with his family, Harry added that he had now &#8220;forgiven&#8221; them.
