Then the captain said they made the difficult decision to not bring any of our luggage,” she said,.<\/p>\n The specifics of the security issue remained undisclosed, with passengers simply informed that every bag was left behind, reports the Mirror<\/a>.<\/p>\n “We were told today that it was 70 bags that didn’t fly. One pram made it across, that’s it,” Madeline continued.<\/p>\n Disbelief rippled through the affected passengers, some initially taking the announcement as a prank.<\/p>\n Essentials such as medication, contact lenses, makeup, and sunscreen were among the items stuck in Bristol.<\/p>\n Sophie Payne, part of the group, faced a dire situation without her crucial asthma inhaler.<\/p>\n “It was really stressful,” she admitted. “I take it twice a day and it gets worse at night.<\/p>\n “We’ve had to search for a pharmacy in an area we don’t know.”<\/p>\n Guests at the Cordial Green Golf Bungalows were told their bags might be back by Saturday evening.<\/p>\n
