Jurgen Klopp<\/a> is growing frustrated with his role at Red Bull and would be open to a stunning managerial return at two destinations, according to reports.<\/p>\n

Klopp left Premier League<\/a> giants Liverpool<\/a> at the end of last season after spending nine years at Anfield.<\/p>\n

The German enjoyed a huge amount of success on Merseyside, taking over a floundering Liverpool team and turning them into Premier League and Champions League<\/a> winners.<\/p>\n

Klopp \u2018loved\u2019 his time at Liverpool but said he was \u2018running out of energy\u2019 when he announced his decision to leave<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A few months following his departure from the Premier League, Klopp took up a role as head of global soccer at Red Bull<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The role would see Klopp, who managed Borussia Dortmund and Mainz before Liverpool, advise clubs within the Red Bull network and assist with major decisions.<\/p>\n

The 57-year-old started the job in January but Brazilian outlet UOL<\/a> claim Klopp is having some issues in the role.<\/p>\n

The report adds that Klopp has told people close to him that he could make a managerial return, but only with Real Madrid or Brazil.<\/p>\n

Unless Real Madrid produce a miraculous comeback in the Champions League<\/a> or overturn a deficit to win La Liga, Carlo Ancelotti is expected to leave the Bernabeu at the end of the season.<\/p>\n

Brazil, meanwhile, are actively looking for a new permanent manager ahead of next year\u2019s World Cup<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2018I can understand that it\u2019s a shock for a lot of people in this moment, when you hear it for the first time, but obviously I can explain it \u2013 or at least try to explain it.<\/p>\n

\u2018I love absolutely everything about this club, I love everything about the city, I love everything about our supporters, I love the team, I love the staff.<\/p>\n

\u2018I love everything. But that I still take this decision shows you that I am convinced it is the one I have to take.<\/p>\n

\u2018It is that I am, how can I say it, running out of energy. I have no problem now, obviously, I knew it already for longer that I will have to announce it at one point, but I am absolutely fine now.<\/p>\n

\u2018I know that I cannot do the job again and again and again and again.\u2019<\/p>\n

Klopp was forced to defend his decision to take a job at Red Bull, especially among fans of his former club Dortmund.<\/p>\n

\u2018You cannot make your decision depending on what reactions there will be,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n

\u2018I did not want to step on anyone\u2019s toes. I love all my former clubs, but I don\u2019t know what I could have done so that everyone is happy.<\/p>\n

\u2018I am 57 and can still work a few more years, but I did not see myself on the sidelines for now. It was clear for me that I would do something \u2013 so then Red Bull came.<\/p>\n

\u2018I can\u2019t poll the fans and ask them, \u2018what should I do?\u2019 If I had gone to Bayern [Munich], there would have been a huge outcry in Dortmund.<\/p>\n

\u2018What should I do? I want to keep working. If you organise your life around trying to please everyone, you\u2019ll find you fail every day.\u2019<\/p>\n

Klopp, speaking back in October, also insisted he did not see himself in a coaching role ever again.<\/p>\n

Given his connections in the Premier League and Bundesliga, Klopp has been tipped for a job in international football, with Brazil and his native Germany regularly named as possible landing spots.<\/p>\n

\u2018My only real option would have been to become a coach of a national side, but I don\u2019t want to be a coach any more,\u2019 he added.<\/p>\n
