It has been a very busy weekend for teams in the second tier, and we\u2019ve compiled all the biggest stories in our latest Championship transfer round-up so you won\u2019t miss a thing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

While Sheffield Wednesday<\/a> and Hull City<\/a> suffer under the restrictions of their respective transfer embargoes, other clubs in the Championship<\/a> are wasting no time in assembling their squads for the 2025\/26 campaign.<\/p>\n

We are now really starting to see which teams mean business and which could struggle in the coming season.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, Birmingham City have slowed down of late, but don\u2019t worry; Wrexham<\/a> have really started to kick into gear now, and they\u2019ll get us started for this latest Championship transfer round-up.<\/p>\n

Amid all the chaos at Sheffield Wednesday, Josh Windass made the decision to terminate his contract late last week. Now, it seems he\u2019s picked his next club, with Windass set for a medical at Wrexham<\/a> today.<\/p>\n

Wrexham really are getting busy now, with Alfie Jones also thought to be nearing a move<\/a> to the Racecourse Ground, as opposed to joining Middlesbrough.<\/p>\n

As if that wasn\u2019t enough, Wrexham are also poised to sign Sivert Mannsverk<\/a> from Ajax, beating Blackburn Rovers to the midfielder\u2019s signature.<\/p>\n

Norwich City\u2019s top targets revealed<\/p>\n

Norwich City have recruited well so far, and they\u2019re closing in on two more signings now. First of all, it\u2019s thought the Canaries prefer Pelle Mattsson to Mirko Topic<\/a>, and one of the two midfielders is likely to join soon.<\/p>\n

In addition, Norwich are also confident they can win the race to sign Metz winger Pape Diallo, according to the Pink\u2019Un<\/a>, despite interest from Watford and potential complications over his work permit.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, new signing Vladan Kovacevic made his debut for Norwich<\/a>, putting fans on edge with his risky footwork.<\/p>\n

We could be seeing more of Sheffield United in our Championship transfer round-up from here on out. That\u2019s because Ruben Selles claims two new signings should arrive soon<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Blades have been linked with Daniel Gudjohnsen, son of Chelsea icon Eidur Gudjohnsen, for a start.<\/p>\n

Selles is also keen on Reading pair<\/a> Charlie Savage and Andre Garcia. He is also set to be reunited with Louie Barry<\/a>, with a loan move imminent.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, we expect Everton to give up their pursuit of Michael Cooper<\/a>. They\u2019ve been linked with the Blades stopper before, but just gave Jordan Pickford a new contract.<\/p>\n

Championship transfer round-up: Ipswich Town want teen star, Tyler Dibling update, Watford\u2019s winning deal<\/p>\n

Concluding our Championship transfer round-up, we start with Ipswich Town. The Tractor Boys are hopeful of landing Sunday Joseph<\/a>, but face competition from Brentford and PAOK for the teenager.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Southampton are hopeful they can keep Tyler Dibling<\/a>. The youngster has a \u00a350m price tag, and Spurs are keen, but Will Still wants to hold off on selling.<\/p>\n

Watford bagged Nestroy Irankunda last week. The Hornets agreed a complex deal<\/a>, but one they\u2019re very excited about. Bayern Munich may have a 50% sell-on clause, but Watford feel they\u2019ve got a star on their hands.<\/p>\n

And finally, Middlesbrough are talking to Michael Smith<\/a>.
