Liam Neeson<\/a> said he is \u201cmadly in love\u201d with Pamela Anderson<\/a> after shooting a new Naked Gun film together.<\/p>\n Neeson plays the son<\/a> of Leslie Nielsen\u2019s character Frank Drebin in the comedy spoof reboot<\/a> that also stars Baywatch actor Anderson, 57, as the female lead.<\/p>\n \u201cWith Pamela, first off, I\u2019m madly in love with her,\u201d the Oscar-winning Schindler\u2019s List actor, 72, told People<\/a> shortly after developing a close bond while filming.<\/p>\n \u201cShe\u2019s just terrific to work with. I can\u2019t compliment her enough, I\u2019ll be honest with you.\u201d<\/p>\n Neeson continued: \u201cShe\u2019s funny and so easy to work with.\u201d<\/p>\n Since meeting on set, former Playboy model Anderson has shared several comedic photos of Neeson on her Instagram page<\/p>\n Anderson, who recently won acclaim for her role in the 2024 drama The Last Showgirl<\/a>, branded Neeson \u201cthe perfect gentleman\u201d, and said he \u201cbrought out the best\u201d in her.<\/p>\n However, the pair batted off romance rumours, with Neeson saying he is \u201cdone with dating\u201d and Anderson stating she \u201chas a friend forever\u201d in the Taken star.<\/p>\n \u201cWe definitely have a connection that is very sincere, very loving,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n open image in gallery<\/p>\n Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson formed a close bond on \u2018Naked Gun\u2019 set (Paramount Pictures)<\/p>\n In 2009, Neeson\u2019s wife, the Parent Trap actor Natasha Richardson, <\/a>died two days after hitting her head while undertaking a beginner\u2019s lesson at a resort in Mont Tremblant, Canada.<\/p>\n Initially deciding she felt fine, Richardson returned to her hotel room \u2013 but was taken to a local hospital after falling ill 45 minutes later<\/a>. The following day, she was airlifted to a New York hospital and placed on life support.<\/p>\n The 45-year-old\u2019s family made the decision to switch off life support and she died with Neeson by her side.<\/p>\n An autopsy found she had suffered epidural hematoma (bleeding on the brain) after a blunt blow to the head.
