Voters have been given a timely reminder of the damage done by Brexit<\/a> \u2013 and Nigel Farage\u2019s<\/a> key role in it.<\/p>\n

The Reform UK <\/a>leader and his party are currently riding high in the opinion polls as the public\u2019s disillusionment with Labour and the Tories continues.<\/p>\n

But Stephen Flynn<\/a>, the SNP\u2019s leader at Westminster, pointed out that many of the country\u2019s problems can be traced back to the vote to leave the EU in 2016, which Farage campaigned for.<\/p>\n

Appearing on Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg<\/a>, he said: \u201cOn Brexit, everyone across the UK right now feels that Britain is broken. The public finances are in a mess and the politicians are lost as to how you get out of that particular mess.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd yet the guy who orchestrated it, doesn\u2019t have to face the consequences of the economic damage that Brexit has done to the UK. It has made us smaller and it has made us poorer.<\/p>\n
