midfield options.

So, whilst Huddersfield have signed Ledson and have the likes of Ben Wiles, David Kasumu, Herbie Kane and Antony Evans all for company in the middle of the park, the Terriers did lose one of their finest ever servants in Jonathan Hogg this summer.

Hogg joined the club all the way back in 2013, and made over 400 appearances for the Terriers before leaving as a free agent following the expiration of his contract upon the conclusion of the 24/25 season.

Therefore, signing Leonard could only further serve to help the club fill the void he’s left in the heart of their midfield, and has proven himself to be a smart performer at League One level, and should still have plenty of scope to improve significantly in the future too.

                    Related

Exclusive: Huddersfield Town set to sign Birmingham City player in £1.2m deal

Huddersfield Town are closing in on the marquee signing of Alfie May after agreeing a deal with Birmingham City, Football League World has learned

Huddersfield Town are plotting to sign Birmingham City midfielder Marc Leonard, having also agreed a £1.2m deal to…

[7820
855,748,393,4884,16,15
0":"post-280393","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-birmingham","8":"tag-birmingham","9":"tag-britain","10":"tag-england","11":"tag-great-britain","12":"tag-uk","13":"tag-united-kingdom
["GET
