\n TRANMERE\u00a0Rovers have confirmed the signing of teenage midfielder Billy Blacker on loan from Sheffield United until the end of the season.\n <\/p>\n
\n West Yorkshire-born Blacker made his senior debut for the Blades in the FA Cup third round in January 2025, before making his first Championship appearance just two weeks later.\n <\/p>\n
\n An academy graduate at\u00a0United, Blacker joins manager Andy Crosby\u2019s squad as he looks to gain valuable first-team experience.\n <\/p>\n
\n The promising 19-year-old has primarily featured as an attacking midfielder, but has also played on the left of a front three and as a striker.

Upon joining Rovers on loan, Blacker said: \u201cI\u2019m absolutely delighted to join this club, a club with such a big history, and I\u2019m just excited to be here.\n <\/p>\n
\n \u201cI\u2019ve spoken to the manager and he\u2019s got a clear vision for me, and the team, and it\u2019s something I really wanted to be a part of.\n <\/p>\n
