Abbey Clancy<\/a>\u00a0and Peter Crouch<\/a> put on a very loved-up display as they spent the day at the beach during their family holiday to\u00a0Almancil, Portugal.<\/p>\n

The couple have jetted off to the\u00a0Algarve for some sun with their four children – Sophia, 14, Liberty, 10, Johnny, seven, and Jack, six.<\/p>\n

And they did not shy away from showing their affections for one another as the married couple, who tied the knot in 2011, were seen packing on the PDA during a day trip to the beach.<\/p>\n

Abbey, 39, was seen cuddling up to Peter, 44, as they shared a kiss, with the former footballer putting on a very amorous display as he smooched his wife.<\/p>\n

For the day out, Abbey put on a leggy display in a one-shouldered striped cover-up, which she wore over a black bikini.<\/p>\n

The model shielded her eyes with a pair of dark sunglasses and tucked her golden locks beneath a blue baseball hat to complete her stylish look.<\/p>\n

The couple jetted off for their sun-soaked holiday just weeks after celebrating their 14th wedding anniversary.\u00a0<\/p>\n

They tied the knot at Stapleford Park\u00a0on June 30, 2011, and renewed their vows in the Maldives to mark their 10-year anniversary.<\/p>\n

Abbey recently opened up on the way she’s kept her marriage to Peter thriving over the years.<\/p>\n

She admitted the key was ‘growing together’ throughout time with Peter and always staying ‘in sync’ with him.<\/p>\n

‘When we look back at our wedding day, some of the choices we’ve made, some things we’ve done in the past, we’re like ”Bloody hell, who were we then?”,’ the TV star told The Mirror.<\/p>\n

‘But today? We’re still in sync, we’ve got the same interests and the same things that make us laugh. It’s really a happy time for us at the moment.<\/p>\n

The couple often give humorous insights into their relationship on their podcast,\u00a0The Therapy Crouch, not shying away from discussing\u00a0anything and everything.<\/p>\n

During one chat on their podcast, the couple revealed the strict rule they’ve placed on their four children to improve their behaviour.<\/p>\n

They implemented an iPad and phone ban at Christmas, insisting it’s led to a more positive attitude in their household.<\/p>\n

Peter explained: ‘We said to them iPads and phones are gone and I feel we’ve stuck to that.<\/p>\n

‘We made a conscious effort amongst ourselves to cut them out and they’ve properly cut them out.’<\/p>\n

They mentioned other rules they’ve put in place include focusing on homework, spending time as a family before having quality time together once the kids go to bed.<\/p>\n

Peter and Abbey have long been a showbiz power couple and give a candid insight into their marriage on their smash hit podcast, The Therapy Crouch\u00a0<\/p>\n

Though their new rules were a success, it is not always plain-sailing and Abbey admitted Peter can sometimes get on her nerves when it comes to parenting.<\/p>\n

She told OK! magazine: ‘Pete’s good cop and I’m bad cop. I’m the one going, ‘Do your homework, eat your veg’, and Pete’s like, ‘Let’s play, kids!’ which can be annoying but\u2026 it works.<\/p>\n

‘Our kids are very good, though. They’ve all got distinct personalities but they’re all easy-going. That’s not to say family life isn’t chaotic \u2013 it’s chaotic!<\/p>\n
