There has just been a fresh development on Nottingham Forest captain Morgan Gibbs-White amid Tottenham Hotspur interest. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Nottingham Forest have blocked Morgan Gibbs-White\u2019s transfer to Tottenham Hotspur<\/a> as they believe he was illegally approached.<\/p>\n

There is a suggestion that Evangelos Marinakis is hoping Gibbs-White will join Manchester City<\/a> over the North Londoners, as he feels that\u2019s more his level.<\/p>\n

But, Man City have cooled their interest in Gibbs-White<\/a>, leaving Thomas Frank\u2019s side as the only concrete suitors.<\/p>\n

It was reported on Monday that Gibbs-White didn\u2019t travel with Nottingham Forest<\/a> to Portugal due to personal reasons. <\/p>\n

The matter was completely \u2018unrelated to football\u2019 and now John Percy has confirmed that the Nottingham Forest<\/a> captain flew in to camp last night. <\/p>\n

The England international is back training with his teammates ahead of Forest\u2019s next friendly against fellow Premier League side Fulham. <\/p>\n

That will take place on Saturday evening in Faro at SC Farense\u2019s Estadio de Sao Luis.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Gibbs-White has been exemplary in training <\/p>\n

A lot has been made about Gibbs-White\u2019s desire to join Tottenham Hotspur. <\/p>\n

However, it\u2019s understood that since returning to Forest training, Gibbs-White\u2019s attitude has been exemplary<\/a> and there are no concerns about his reintegration to the group. <\/p>\n

The 25-year-old does remain hopeful of a move to North London and it has been reported that Spurs are considering a second offer. <\/p>\n

Indeed, that would exceed his release clause, making it hard for Marinakis and his chiefs to turn down knowing Gibbs-White is refusing to sign a new deal to remove it.<\/p>\n

So, there is still an air of uncertainty around his future at the City Ground<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
