He\u2019s famous for his \u2018ta-ra to you\u2019 catchphrase, but Queen of Scotty Road will be saying \u2018hello to you\u2019 to hundreds of revellers when he hosts Benidorm Bar during Liverpool\u2019s Pride weekend.<\/p>\n

The regal TikTok sensation Queen of Scotty Road, who\u2019s now got 700,000 followers, will be manning the pumps at the Stanley Street party palace on Friday and Saturday, July 25-26.<\/p>\n

And Haus of Fun can\u2019t wait to welcome their temporary member of staff because \u2018when times are hard and friends are few\u2019 he\u2019s guaranteed to raise a smile \u2013 or two!<\/p>\n

Reece Myles, head of operations for the Haus of Fun\u2019s Stanley Street venues said:<\/strong> \u201cI\u2019m sure Queen of Scotty Road will be up to all his usual shenanigans, and he\u2019s there to be an advocate for the scene itself because he\u2019s such a big character within it,\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s larger than life and he\u2019s going to party like the rest of us, but he\u2019ll be interacting with the audience and cracking all his usual gags.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s a big part of the community and it will be great to have him there.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reece goes on:<\/strong> \u201cWe had the Queen \u2013 aka Philip Regan \u2013 in filming the other week and he\u2019s such a lovely individual outside of his performance, but you feel you\u2019re always meeting the Queen.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd like I say, he\u2019s larger than life, so he\u2019ll fit in well at the Benidorm Bar. The only problem will be keeping him still!<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s like a naughty child.\u201d<\/p>\n

Queen of Scotty Road will be joined by Sum Ting Wong who appeared in the first season of Ru Paul\u2019s Drag Race UK, the FunnyBoyz Drag team, all the regulars like Sandy, and tribute acts from Katy Perry to Dolly Parton, Shania Twain, Madonna and more.<\/p>\n

And the bar will be having all the usual cheesy fun with DJs, Bingo, games like Spin The Wheel, and karaoke.<\/p>\n

Like its other Stanley Street venues the Navy Bar 2:1 and Dysco, Benidorm Bar will be open all day and night from 10am until 7am from Friday to Sunday, July 25 to 27.<\/p>\n

Dysco\u00a0<\/strong>will be taking everyone back to the \u201870s, \u201880s, \u201890s and \u201800s with DJs playing all your favourite tunes.<\/p>\n

In the Navy Bar 2.1 the cabaret will continue with drag queens and DJs and, perhaps, hints Reece, an appearance by the FunnyBoyz there too. \u201cWe tried it recently and the audience loved it,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s all on top of the FunnyBoyz Drag Queen Cruise on the Mersey Ferry on the Friday evening, and great Haus of Fun<\/a> offers like \u00a331 for entry and 90 minutes\u2019 bottomless booze, and \u00a399 entry and unlimited booze all weekend.<\/p>\n

Reece added:<\/strong> \u201cWe will be highlighting everything we normally do but doing it better than ever, and we\u2019re expecting a full turnout.<\/p>\n

\u201cPride is going to be a great weekend, and we can\u2019t wait to welcome all our LGBTQ friends and allies to celebrate.\u201d<\/p>\n
