Newly single Orlando Bloom flashed a bright smile as he made an appearance at the Porsche Design Global Event in New York City<\/a> on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The Lord Of The Rings star, 48, attended the festivities solo – while his ex-fiancee Katy Perry<\/a> has been focused on her Lifetimes Tour, where she recently experienced an emotional moment on stage.<\/a><\/p>\n

Last month in June, it was reported that the former couple separated and ended their engagement after nine years together.<\/p>\n

Bloom was stylishly casual wearing a pair of black slacks as well as a short-sleeved black shirt.<\/p>\n

He completed his look for the evening by slipping into a pair of black shoes and added a flashy silver watch onto his left wrist.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bloom held a big grin on his face as he greeted fans that were awaiting outside the venue before heading to his next destination.<\/p>\n

Bloom could be seen watching the match from the stands while sporting a darker tan suit as well as a white dress shirt and patterned tie.<\/p>\n

Late last month,\u00a0it was revealed that Bloom and Perry officially called it quits after dating for nine years.<\/p>\n

At the time, a source told Us Weekly:<\/a> ‘Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable,’ while also adding that the separation has been ‘not contentious’ thus far.<\/p>\n
