Bayern also gave Eric Dier a reboot to his aging career that resulted in a three-year deal with Monaco.<\/p>\n<p id=\"paoM16\">On the flip side, Bayern sent Mathys Tel to Tottenham on loan during the 2025 winter <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sbnation.com\/transfer-rumors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">transfer window<\/a>. All parties agreed to a permanent deal this summer.<\/p>\n<p id=\"Tc1pL3\">According to Florian Plettenberg (via <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/iMiaSanMia\/status\/1948020109454217228\">@iMiaSanMia<\/a>), the two clubs are putting their heads together to solve another player\u2019s conundrum.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p id=\"e7d4gJ\">Tottenham are interested in Jo\u00e3o Palhinha and are monitoring his situation, though it\u2019s not concrete at this stage. Palhinha\u2019s camp has been informed. Bayern are open to talks in case of a suitable offer.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"wlU72d\">Palhinha joined Bayern last summer on a \u20ac51M deal but injuries and squad depth kept him on the bench for all but 995 minutes. Bayern are looking to recover at least <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bavarianfootballworks.com\/2025\/7\/16\/24436659\/bayern-munich-sell-joao-palhinha-25-30m-transfer-inter-milan-serie-a-kimmich-kompany-goretzka\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">half<\/a> of the original transfer fee.
