The owner’s of Ozzy’s former Aston home have created a special email address so fans can send their tributes and memories.<\/p>\n

Flowers and cards have been placed at the doorstep of the Black Sabbath’s frontman’s childhood terraced house, a stone’s throw from Aston Villa where he played his final concert just over a fortnight ago.<\/p>\n

The owners of the Lodge Road home, the Zaman family have set up an email address so those making a pilgrimage can send their thoughts which they will preserve as part of the ‘Ozzy House Legacy Archive.’<\/p>\n

The sign read: “In loving memory of Ozzy Osbourne 14 Lodge Road, Birmingham<\/a> – His former Home.<\/p>\n

“Now: Ozzy House by The Zamans. As the world mourns the passing of a true legend, our family humbly recognises the responsibility of owning the house where part of Ozzy’s story began.<\/p>\n

“To honour his memory with love and dignity, we have created a dedicated email address for fans to send their messages and memories: ozzyhousetribute@gmail.com”<\/p>\n

Another A4 sheet with Ozzy’s <\/a>face, and the autographed message ‘Keep Rockin No 14 Lodge Road, Many Thanks,’ is taped to the front bay window.<\/p>\n

A few bouquets had been placed at the doorstep in Aston <\/a>along with a balloon.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a shrine is steadily building up at the Black Sabbath Bridge off Broad Street<\/a>, the mural outside Grand Central has more tributes and a book of condolence has been opened in the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery.<\/p>\n

One person who still lives on Lodge Road and remembers the legend, told BirminghamLive: “Ozzy was a bit of a recluse really.<\/p>\n

“You would always hear him with the music because his upstairs window was always open.<\/p>\n

“He knew a lot of the older people on the road, and in 1995, he just turned up and was knocking on everyone\u2019s doors to say hello again.<\/p>\n

\u201cGrowing up as a kid, I have memories of him because when we were playing games on the road outside, you could hear music from Ozzy\u2019s bedroom.<\/p>\n
